Hole drilled in the bottom saddle to allow user to pin to Scaffold Frame Leg (using a Toggle Pin).
Blue powder coat finish prevents rust and protects against scratches.
Hook is known as a "Pig Ear" design.
Pig Ear allows you to use on 1.69" Frame Bearer, or 1" Frame Rungs.
Also known as Outrigger, Bike, Bicycle, and Cantilever.
