Slides into the top of the frame leg (1-7/16" ID)
Makes transitioning from Scaffold Frame of Access Ladder onto Work Platform easier and safer!

Each leg has a drilled hole for inserting a Toggle Pin (to lock in place).
Powder coated finish to prevent rust and protect from scratches.
Meets OSHA's requirement for Fall Protection and Guard Rails.
Ideal for Scaffold Towers using 5' Wide Frames.
Also known as a "Guard Rail Panel" and a "Access Panel"
